When placing an order please provide the following important information:

• Full product description
• Catalogue number
• Quantity required (specify units, e.g. 1 box or 5 units)
• Order reference number
• Delivery address
• Special delivery instructions

Credit terms can be granted to established customers. If you would like to apply for credit terms, please request a Credit Application which will faxed or posted to you. The granting of terms is strictly at MikaMed’s discretion.

Delivery

Deliveries are made via courier, from JHB unless otherwise specified.

Returned goods policy

No returns will be accepted without prior approval from MikaMed. To return unused products that were sent to you in error, please contact us to uplift the order.

Damage/shortage claims

Deliveries must be inspected immediately upon receipt and discrepancies must be reported in writing within 3 days of receiving the order.
