General Information

Comfort-in Needle free Soft Injection System delivers liquid medications and vaccines by creating a very narrow velocity fluid straight line (essentially a "fluid needle") with high pressure spring power through small orifice in the face of the nozzle which penetrates the skin and delivers the medicine or vaccine into the body.

Indication and use

Comfort-in Needle-free soft injection system is intended to deliver 0.5ml volumes of various medications and vaccines subcutaneously (SC) to all people of all ages including patients authorised by their physicians to self-inject.

Product specifications

• Dose: 0.5 ml with Automatic Dose Adjustment assuring a dose accuracy ±5% (ISO 21640:2006)
• Major Components: 0.5 ml needle-free nozzle, adaptor for connecting vial, injector device, Reset lever.
• Nozzle: Needle-free, single package by gamma ray sterilisation, single use, a diameter of 0.95cm, is 4.7cm long and weight is 3.8g.
• Adaptor for connecting vial: Single use for one vial, single package by gamma ray sterilisation, disposable, transparent adapter that facilitates transfer of medicine or vaccine from vial into the nozzle.
• Injector device: The injector device is reusable, compact and spring powered mechanism, injection button, injector device has dimensions of 13.cm L by 2.7cm H by 1.7cm W and a weight of 110g ±5%.
• Reset lever: The Reset lever is used to energise the injector spring. Operational/Storage Temp: 41°F to 104°F (5°C to 40°C) / -40°F to 158°F (-40°C to 70°C)
• Sterilization method: Disposable products are sterilised using 'Gamma Ray' sterilization. Sterility is guaranteed unless packaging is opened or damaged.
