Mikamed is a South African company established in 2000 to specialize in the marketing and distribution of medical products. Initially Mikamed focused on the supply of products for fracture management (casts, splints and associated padding), but has recently diversified to supply a natural skin care product and rapid test kits for HIV testing.
Mikamed is an approved supplier to the major private hospital groups in South Africa and also has a large and growing customer base of orthopaedic surgeons, pharmacies and general practitioners.
